Partnership for Progress has a 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥-𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞, 𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭, employment opportunity for a direct support position within our community service program. 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝟑, 𝟏𝟐-𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝟔𝐚-𝟔𝐩 shifts each week with having every other weekend off. (4 days off per week)

✶Starting wage is $15.50

✶We are looking for a staff member to work in our Supported Community Living Services (SCL) to assist adult members in their homes and in the community with daily living skills/needs/medications/etc.

✶Bi-weekly wellness bonus after 60 days of employment

✶Shift coverage bonuses

>Must be flexible, reliable, self-motivated, patient, caring and respectful.

>A basic knowledge of mental illness, intellectual disability, developmental disability and chemical dependence is preferred.

>Good verbal communication skills and good active listening skills are required.

>Good writing skills (i.e. grammar, spelling, sentence structure) are required.

>Provide quality service and support to people we serve.

>Documenting progress on individuals served is required.

>Medication Manager and experience is preferred but not required upon hire.

Partnership for Progress has a Part-Time, day shift, employment opportunity. Hours may vary. We are looking for a staff member to work in our Supported Community Living Services (SCL) to assist adult members with scheduling, transporting and attending appointments.

*Company vehicle is provided for the transportation of members.
