EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT
Name: Cyndi Ferguson, Service Coordinator

How long have you been employed at Partnership for Progress?
22 years

What do you enjoy the most about your job?
I truly enjoy working as a team to support our members as they navigate the daily hurdles of life. By collaborating and lifting one another up, we help our members overcome challenges, achieve meaningful progress, and experience positive personal growth. In doing so, we enrich their lives while continually strengthening and enhancing the quality of services we provide.

What do you like to do in your free time?
If you ask me, I enjoy spending time outside gardening and watching sunrises with a cup of coffee. Spending time with family and friends.

If you could pick a superpower to have, what would you pick and why?
If I could have a superpower, it would be the ability to teleport anywhere on command. That way, I could spend more time with family no matter where they are. And while I'm dreaming big, I'd also love the power to have the house perfectly clean in the blink of an eye. But also, I would love the ability to teach young children life skills and help them learn to appreciate nature's beauty, especially sunrises and sunsets.
